Your satisfaction is important!  Please contact me with any issues so that we can find a resolution.

  • Art orders are final but will be repaired or replaced if they are damaged in any way upon arrival.
  • Credits/Refunds can also be issued if a repair or replacement is not possible.
  • All orders must be returned in original packaging, so please do not discard or damage.

Customer Information and Secure Payment

All customer information is kept confidential.  Any customer information that is collected by Flawed Canvas will not be used, distributed, or stored for any purpose outside the scope of the transaction. Reasons for collecting customer information:

  • To send shipping information via email
  • For shipping of the order to desired address
  • To contact via phone and/or email for transactions, shipping, and potential related issues/changes
  • For payment confirmation

This platform uses HTTPS for an overall secure connection.  All payments are securely processed with Stripe or PayPal.
